  Terrible business model. They won't tell you how much a repair will cost until they come out for a visit even if you know exactly what you want fixed. They want to charge you $55 for a service visit to find out what it will cost you to fix your appliance. I asked them how much it would cost to replace an ignitor on a Maytag gas range which should've been an easy question to answer but they said they don't give estimates over the phone and that the technician would tell me when they came out. However it would cost me $55 to have them come out and if I didn't choose to have them repair it due to their cost being too high then I would not get the $55 back.
